On Thursday, August 2nd, my best friend/cousin married her best friend. I was so honored to be one of her bridesmaids and be a part of it all. Here are a few pictures from their special day.
All the girls got ready in the bridal suite at Dromoland Castle, where the reception was going to take place. Tincy's dress was designed by Justin Alexander, and our pretty bridesmaid dresses are by Monique Lluillier, courtesy of Nordstrom. I was exactly 20 weeks pregnant on this day, and with the help of my sister and cousin, I was able to squeeze into my dress! Phew!

As bridesmaids gifts, Tincy gave each of us a makeup bag filled with the essentials - Bobby Brown lipgloss (my new fave), blots (a must), hair pins, tissue, and these Claddagh rings. They are traditional Irish rings which symbolize love and friendship. Depending on how they're worn, it signifies your relationship status (read more about it here). Waaay classier than making it FBO (Facebook Official), don't you think?

This captures our true personalities and how we are when we're together! I love it!
Sister/MOH and the Mother of the Bride helping the bride with her veil. I think this was the part where I cried, which led to a wave of other teary-eyed ladies. I blame it on the hormones!
The ceremony took place at Our Lady of the Wells Church.

We made our way back to Dromoland Castle for the reception.
They had a GOLD wedding cake!
Finally, Karina caught the bouquet! Wedding bells in the near future?
There was definitely a lot of dancing, laughter and shots shared by all. The Irish really do know how to throw a party! I couldn't be happier for Tincy. She had her dream wedding, and gained a wonderful husband, with a very warm, close-knit family to match. It truly was a day to remember. I wouldn't have missed it for the world.
thanks for sharing some photos!!! I love this thoughtful post
