I wanted to wish my favorite (and only) sister, Karina/Karen/Teen a very Happy Birthday today! She will be leaving us for med school this summer. She never gave up on her dream, and we couldn't be more proud of all of her accomplishments. Wishing you nothing but happiness always. Love you!
